Mission Control is an all new on-line system designed to deliver an array of remote monitoring and maintenance services to the PSAP via a combination of Internet Protocol (IP) and industry standard messaging. This is a 24-hour remote maintenance and monitoring service exclusively available to PEI customers. Now, PEI technical service personnel can oversee the real-time health, configuration and status of VESTA, MAARS-View, MagIC and ORION systems from PEI’s new Network Operations Center (NOC).
